I'm a small craft enterprise run by myself which started as a hobby and has evolved into a small business. I source and buy all the products required to make the items and create them by my own hands.

By placing an order you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, refund policy and care policy.

Errors

If you notice an error on your order BEFORE your order has been processed (48hrs) please email us to correct this. If your order has already been made, sent or received please understand that there will be a charge to correct the error. If the error is on our behalf then please email us- found at bottom of the page and we will amend your order at our own costs.

Postage/collections

All items are priced by product. Our items are either posted via royal mail or Hermes. 

Royal mail: Items that are sent via royal mail signed 2nd for which you receive a tracking number, upon dispatch.

Courier: Some of our items are sent via couriers depending on weight of orders. Tracking will be sent upon dispatch.

Collections: Once you have received your dispatched email, you will receive a separate email within 24 hours with dates and times available. You have 24hours to cancel a collection date/time. Orders will be held for 5 days.  Failing to attend your collection date/time, we will contact you once more to rearrange. If not collected 28days after collection date agreed, items will be disposed off accordingly and you will be liable for a loss.

If items do not arrive please email us- found at the bottom of the page. We will replace/refund items as soon as a claim has gone through royal mail/Hermes.

Please be aware that you must contact us within 28 days if your parcel does not get delivered. After 28 days the insurance for your parcel will be invalid and you will be liable for a loss.

Damages 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with 24hours of delivery with evidence of damage and original packaging. Once we have received all of above we will either offer a replacement or fix the item depending on the damage as soon as the claim has been processed with royal mail/Hermes. We DO NOT offer part refunds. Postal delays: If your item arrives later than advised/ expected this will be due to an issue with royal  mail or Hermes which is completely out of our control, we will not refund (part of full)

If an item is damaged due to accidental damage these will not be refunded or replaced by PassionByStacey. If the customer damages an item accidently/purposely PassionByStacey can offer for these to be replaced at the cost of materials and postage.

Return policy

We only accept refunds/return within the first 14 days of your parcel arriving with you and has been returned to us at PassionByStacey where a full refund and postal refund will be given. On personalised or custom orders so please ensure all information given is correct before ordering. E.G spelling of names/words. If an item is damaged please see the damaged section. If you need to cancel your order please email us within 48 hours. After this a refund may not be possible. We will issue a refund once

Variations

We would like to make our customers aware that our items will look handmade. Although at PassionByStacey we take pride in all of our makes to make them look as perfect as possible and the same as the photo's we use to advertise but we can not guarantee they will look exactly the same. Please note all of our designs/materials are sourced from other small businesses so they are subject to availability. If we do not have the exact materials requested we will use an alternative of the nearest match. Colours will shoe different to photos due to lighting or filters used. We do not offer refunds for this.

Care plan

The majority of our items are mdf laser or cnc cut wooden items which even though we sand down all items to create a soft finish, some items may have rough sections to them.

Its is important that these are used for decorative purposes only and are not used as a toy.

Printed boards: These items should not be submerged into water, wipe clean only, do not use metal items on these boards as it will damage the print.

Printed items: We are offering more and more printed items as a small business, these items should be kept out of direct sunlight and wiped clean or hand washed. Printed clothing will last up to 20 washes before colour starts to fade. 

Turn around times

All items at PassionByStacey are completely handmade by myself. Each item is made to order, therefore please take into consideration the time it takes for these to be made, All items we sell will never be the same as another. This means that each item can be painted, decorated and personalised as you wish to suit any occasion and it is unique to make it extra special.

All our items are currently 3 weeks before dispatch.

During busier times this may take longer, we will update the website accordingly.
