We do not accept returns/refunds at PassionByStacey on personalised or custom orders so please ensure all information given is correct before ordering. E.G spelling of names/words. If an item is damaged please see the damaged section. If you need to cancel your order please email us within 48 hours. After this a refund may not be possible.

 

The majority of our items are mdf laser or cnc cut wooden items which even though we sand down all items to create a soft finish, some items may have rough sections to them.

Its is important that these are used for decorative purposes only and are not used as a toy.

Printed boards: These items should not be submerged into water, wipe clean only, do not use metal items on these boards as it will damage the print.
